IT Support – Product

To further develop our growth we are looking for
a talented technician to join our IT Support Team

To further our growth, we are looking for an IT-Support (m/w/d*) for our products for 40 hours per week to join our support team in Braunschweig or Frankfurt.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible processing of support requests (1st to 3rd level)
  • The support includes the receipt, maintenance/documentation in JIRA, independent analysis, finding the best solutions for our customers, answering requests according to SLAs and reporting to customers on progress
  • Tasks within our service portfolio (system administration, EDI support, SaaS hosting, contract maintenance, etc.)
  • On-site support for customers (in connection with travel) on individual cases
  • Set up a knowledge database on customer installations (products and services) and keep it up to date.
  • Willingness to work on weekends, holidays and shifts and be on call if necessary.


  • Successfully completed degree (e.g. computer science) or a comparable education
  • Technical knowledge: SQL (e.g. with Oracle)
  • Good analytical understanding of business processes
  • Knowledge of airline processes, e.g. through working in or with airlines would be an advantage
  • Proficiency at Windows operating systems, Windows Office programs, network technologies
  • Business fluent in German and intermediate English skills and possible other languages
  • Detail-oriented and independent way of working and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
