An end-to-end touchless invoice workflow
This is far more than just OCR. AI Invoice Automation is a touchless system that takes any invoice, in any format, from paper to paid automatically.
There are four stages:
1. Read
Every invoice is ingested regardless of format: paper, scanned PDF, email attachment, EDI or XML.
2. Interpret
The system recognises aviation-specific entities including tail numbers, flight numbers and charge types.
3. Normalize
Every entity is matched against live operational data so the invoice is structured correctly before validation.
4. Validate
Every field is checked against agreed contract rates, then either routed straight to payment or flagged as a genuine exception.
