Skymetrix is growing. We’re looking for talented people who share our values to join us. Could that be you?
We’re in a period of high growth and we expect to add vacancies soon.
We recognise that a strong team is made up of people with different traits and capabilities. Different perspectives are powerful in problem solving and crafting solutions. At Skymetrix, you will always be valued for who you are and what you can do: uniqueness is a key company value.
The airline industry is global so the Skymetrix team is too. Our HQ is based in Germany but our key software development capabilities are based in Romania and we have regional sales, marketing and service teams in other countries across Europe, Asia and the Americas. We are a truly international team.
This is a great time to join our company and help shape the future of aviation fuel and cost management. Skymetrix is a new brand born out of the merger between Airpas and FuelPlus in 2021 — two leaders in the sector, with a 20+ year track record and an enviable customer base, including Lufthansa, Ryanair, KLM & Emirates.
We are gearing up for major growth over the next 18 months, as we combine our specialist expertise and technology to offer airlines a new, exciting proposition. We need people to join us who are passionate about technology or aviation, always curious and keen to learn, and driven by a desire to improve things for our customers. In return, we offer flexible working; a supportive, global team; and the opportunity to work with — and learn from — some amazing clients.
Our company values are Curiosity, Understanding, Learning, Teamwork, Uniqueness, Respect and Effectiveness — C.U.L.T.U.R.E.
These values guide how we work with our partners and with each other, so we’re looking for people that can live these values everyday. For example, that might mean giving a customer extra time so you can really understand their issues and requirements, or asking for a more experienced colleague’s help. It might mean doing something again when you know you can do it better, or respectfully challenging a decision that you don’t agree with.
We’re keen to hear from people who:
