Since 2001, we have continuously worked with our aviation customers and industry partners to develop new functionality that addresses industry challenges and requirements. Our platform is therefore the result of over 20 years of shared learning so it’s truly been built by the industry, for the industry.

One key example of this is that our platform uses IATA’s Fuel Data Standards and is built to integrate easily with other aviation systems, so you will never be locked in.

  • Our Customer Success Program offers each airline a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) who understands the specific business goals and requirements, and ensures that our solutions meet these.
  • Co-development of new features and services — with individual customers and with industry bodies.
  • Regular user groups where our customers get the opportunity to provide feedback and influence our solution roadmaps.
  • Industry summits where senior level executives from across the industry are invited to share their insights and challenges.
  • Consultancy and contract management services. 
  • Formal partnerships such as our strategic partnership with IATA.
