Business Analyst

a Business Analyst to join our team.

To further our growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst (m/w/d*) for 40 hours per week to join our Business Analyst team.

About the role
A Business Analyst plays a key role within Skymetrix. They are the technical expert that understands the details of a customer set up and has knowledge of the complete Skymetrix solution.
Your responsibilities
- Analyse and understand a business problem or opportunity.
- Undertake research and analysis to understand how our customers and the industry works considering data, technology, processes, information and people.
- Identify areas for improvement for both our customer and the Skymetrix products. Write specifications and requirements to enable effective design and development of our solutions.
- Ensure new products or features meet business and users needs, and are aligned with organisational goals.
- Play an active role in the implementation of the solution with new customers and support the Customer Success Team in on-going customer engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within Aviation / airline industry as a Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and high numerical skills
- Proven experience in handling various stakeholders and interests as well as bridging IT & business both internal and external customers
- Proven experience in software development and implementation of SaaS solutions
- You are independent, goal-oriented and self-reliant and have a high level of communication skills
- Fluent English, both spoken and written. German is a plus.
Location and reporting
- Preferably in Frankfurt or Brunswick, Germany
- Report to Team Lead Business Analyst based in UK
