Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager to join our CSM team in Europe.

To further our growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/w/d*) for 40 hours per week to join our CSM team in Europe.

About the role

Are you passionate about building strong relationships and helping customers achieve their goals? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support and value from our products and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a knack for solving problems and driving results, we’d love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities

  • Build deep relationships and drive product adoption
  • Drive the customer journey to ensure clients are successful and that we retain and grow their business
  • Understand and document the customer’s organization: its needs, goals, and challenges
  • Work with a pre-defined group of our customers
  • Engage with customers in a dedicated and regular manner e.g., in monthly service reviews, quarterly business reviews and product trainings
  • Educate and train customers on the best ways to use our products and its new features
  • Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day activities and support escalations
  • Drive revenue (contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities)
  • Promote awareness of our latest innovations and product developments
  • Develop the customer relationship so you become a trusted advisor
  • Create and update internal customer account plans (including strategy, success criteria, execution plans)
  • Manage, track and trace commercial and financial affairs
  • Perform business health checks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with consulting or account management is a big plus
  • Experience in SaaS environments is a plus
  • You can communicate clearly and with empathy to become a trusted advisor for our clients
  • You can collaborate effectively with different internal teams (e.g., support, project management, business analysts, marketing, product)
  • You enjoy learning about our products and their technical foundation
  • You show business insight to understand the client’s needs while keeping a professional attitude
  • You combine an analytical mindset with a can-do attitude
  • You can identify root causes and address them quickly
  • Fluency in English.

Location and reporting

  • Preferably in Frankfurt or Braunschweig, Germany
  • Report to the Head of Customer Success Management based in Germany.
